Sister Haglund's Pie Crust

Combine:

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar

cut in:

1 cup shortening

Make a well and add:

1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
6 Tbsp cold water (cup of ice with water)
